What can I do with a Computer Jigsaw
Anything you like, as long as it is
legal. Have it as a download on your web site, give it out on
CDs or Floppy Discs. Your job is to get it to your customers
and potential customers, how you do it is only limited by your
imagination. The one thing to remember is, if you picture is
good, the people who get a copy of your jigsaw will pass it on to
other people.

Why will people pass it on
Because everyone has a Personal Network of Friends, Family, Colleagues etc. who they pass onto interesting or amusing things the come across. Everyone loves a jigsaw, especially a Computer Jigsaw and they love to share things with their Personal Network.
We all do it, someone sends us a joke, amusing picture, or funny PowerPoint presentation and we immediately think "so and so would love this". So we forward it to them, and they forward it on to others.
This is the advantage of a viral advert.

Can I use any picture
NO, you can only use your own pictures. You must own the copyright, or have permission to use the picture. If the picture is yours, or belongs to your company then it can be made into a Computer Jigsaw. You CAN NOT just take someone else's picture and use it for your Jigsaw, even if you did get it from the Internet.Top Back
Do I own the copyright to my Computer Jigsaw
Yes, once you have paid for your Jigsaw you own it outright. You can do what you will with it, sell it, give it away, even raffle it if you can get people to buy a ticket!Top Back
Why are all your samples the same/can you do samples with different pictures
This is one of the most frequently asked questions, and the reason we started this FAQ.
Having the same picture for all examples illustrates one of the main points to Jigsaw Advertising. Once you have done one Jigsaw you come back for more! The people who are considering purchasing Computer Jigsaws to advertise their company do two of the example Jigsaws then ask if we have any with different pictures. This illustrates the point that people love Jigsaws, and once they done one they want more.
We suggest you have several different pictures, in different piece sizes, as your customers/potential customers will come back for more. And the more different jigsaws you can give them, the more time they will spend looking at your advert.Top Back
Can I buy a Jigsaw for Personal Use
Yes, you can buy your own personal Jigsaw. This can be any picture you want, as long as the picture is yours, or you have permission to use it. You will own the Jigsaw and be free to do whatever you want with it.People have had pictures of their home, children, parents, pets, cars!, and even pictures they have created them selves made into Jigsaws. They either keep them for their own use, or give them to friends and family, as birthday, Christmas presents etc.
Please see our
Personal Section for more

How long does it take to make a Computer Jigsaw
Normally 1 to 2 working day, but please be patient if it take longer. Monday is usually a bad day as people order on Saturdays and Sundays, so on Monday I usually have 3 days worth of orders to produce! If you have not received you jigsaw by 5 working days email Please don't change the subject as our email program flags messages with this subject as URGENT.Top Back
I accidentally deleted my Jigsaw
Don't worry, we keep copies and will email another copy free of charge, just email We would encourage you to make copies of your Jigsaw as soon as possible after receiving it.Top Back
Why can't I enter my details in an online form.
You could, but we believe it would not be a good idea. You would be put on the spot, under pressure to enter something into the boxes. I these circumstances you may not enter the best message for your company, or even think of a better message ten minutes after placing your order.
It is better that you take your time, without pressure or time constraints, and get your messages right, including spelling. You can consult with colleagues, two heads are better than one.
Even the File Name is important, it appears on the Title Bar. Consider the following.
Suppose your company is called Smiths, and you supply paint to the trade. You order two Jigsaws with the file names "Smiths Jigsaw Small Banner" and "Smiths Jigsaw Large Banner". Good file names, they describe what the file is.
Wouldn't it be better to call the files "Smiths for Trade Paint" and "Smiths Paint for the Trade" Then when they appear in the Title Bar they are sending out a message about your company.
The File Name can be up to 40 characters, but can only contain letters, number and spaces, no other characters.
So please, take some time to think about the File Name, Title Bar Message and Jigsaw Completion Message before you order.
See the Screen Shots Page to see an example of a Title Bar Message and a bad example of a File Name
I copied my Jigsaw on to a CD and it won't run
Unfortunately the Jigsaws cannot be run from a CD, they must be copied onto a Hard Drive to run.
The jigsaw program creates a temporary file when it is run. It cannot write to a CD, so it cannot create the temporary file, therefore it will not run.
We suggest you print the words "Copy to Hard Drive", or words to that effect on the CD.
It is possible to run a Jigsaw from a floppy disc, but they will be very slow. We suggest you treat them the same as CDs.
