The disadvantages of other types of advert

For (almost) all other types of advert, your advert is completing for attention with many other adverts.

Pay for an advert on a popular web site and your advert will be one of dozens all trying to attract the visitor’s attention.  It will also cost a small fortune. 

Pay for Google ad words and your advert will be one of several the user sees. 

Pay for an advert on a web site that only advertises your particular type of business and your advert will still only be one of many available to the site visitors.  All the other advertisers will be in competition with you too! 

Pay for an advert in a newspaper, or advertising paper and your advert will be one of many.  Probably in a particular section along with all your competition too. 

All the above advertising methods, and many more, have one thing in common.  The more you want your advert to stand out, the more you are going to have to pay.   

If you want the biggest banner on a popular web site then you will pay the most for it.

If you want to be ranked 1st for Google ad words then you must to pay more per click than your competitors. 

The bigger your advert is in a paper, the more you pay.

A computer advertising jigsaw is completely different to these methods.

When someone does your advertising jigsaw it is not the one that stands out from the crowd, it is not the advert at the top of the list.  It is the only advert in the game.  They can see your advert and your advert alone, no other adverts are present. 

Not only that, they will spend far more time looking at your advert than they do for any other advert.  Then they will pass it on to several other people.
